Our Pastry
In the same vein as our bread, our artisanal pastry program has been developed to be heritage grain forward, seasonal and sustainably focused. Led by Pastry Chef Anastashia Chavez, whose background includes extensive Michelin-starred baking experience and formal Italian culinary training, each pastry is crafted with intention, skill, and heart.
