In 1990, Ca’d’Oro Bakery was founded in Santa Monica, California and originally served as a commissary for the La Scala restaurant group. In 2007, Cadoro expanded by opening a second facility in Inglewood, California. Today, Cadoro Bakery serves the finest bread and other baked goods to over 200 restaurants, hotels, and catering companies in the Southern California market. Our bread is baked fresh daily and contains no preservatives.

Quite simply, our mission is to produce and deliver bread of the highest quality. Achieving this result doesn’t include cutting corners. Retail customers can now find us at the Santa Monica Farmer’s Market! This market is held at Heritage Square at the corner of Main and Ocean Park and goes from 9:00am to 1:00pm every Sunday. We hope to see you there.
